If you want to automate the processing with gotomaxx PDFMAILER, you can deactivate the preview function (for few documents) or use the mail merge function (for many documents). In both cases, gotomaxx PDFMAILER automatically executes all options that are active in the multistart after starting a print job.

 

Before the PDFMAILER can process documents fully automatically, the desired processing actions must be selected or set in the multistart mode (alternatively, they can also be activated by means of control characters).

This way, for example, a workflow can also be started automatically. The workflow must be selected as the default workflow and activated in the multistart.
