You can create your own process workflows and use these for document processing via PDFMAILER Workflows.
A workflow consists of a sequence of PDFMAILER actions and options, which are applied to a document and performed in the order given.

You can definea workflow for various sending procedures.
In the above example “Invoice workflow”, all processed documents are automatically saved locally in PDF format under the file name “Invoice” without stationery but with security settings, and are then sent via email.
Once created, a workflow can be applied to any document via mouse click.
Workflows can be combined or supplemented with PDFMAILER control symbols .
