Activate the option “Process documents and/or print jobs concurrently and generate multiple PDFs” in the “General” gotomaxx PDFMAILER settings to collect multiple documents/print jobs and generate multiple PDFs.

With this option activated, you can collect multiple documents in the gotomaxx PDFMAILER preview. Simply drag and drop multiple documents into the preview or (with the preview open) start multiple print jobs on the PDFMAILER printer. All documents are shown in the preview.

You can see how many documents have been collected in the title bar (where the file name is usually shown). Clicking the display will generate an overview of all documents with their original file names. Select a document to view in the preview. Selecting “Show all documents” will display a list of all documents in the preview.

The original file name is shown to the left of each document in the preview. The file name can be edited by selecting it.

All files are generated as individual PDFs when you start processing the collected documents.

You can generate e.g. an email with multiple PDF attachments.
