You can set one of your PDFMAILER printers as the default printer within the gotomaxx application via the printer management feature in gotomaxx PDFMAILER Manager.
To set a gotomaxx PDFMAILER printer as the default printer, click the 
icon to the right of the printer name. Click “Default printer” to set the printer of your choice as your default printer.
Setting a printer as default printer results in the following behaviour:
•The default printer always opens when the gotomaxx PDFMAILER application starts up (via “Start -> Programs -> gotomaxx PDFMAILER -> gotomaxx PDFMAILER 6”).
•Opening a document in Explorer by right-clicking and selecting “Open with -> gotomaxx PDFMAILER 6” will always open the document in the default printer.
•The gotomaxx PDFMAILER Office add-in will always use the gotomaxx PDFMAILER default printer for document processing.
