If you use a gotomaxx PDFMAILER server version and have approved a PDFMAILER printer for multiple users, then each user will be automatically assigned a licence before first use. Once you reach your licence limit, gotomaxx PDFMAILER cannot be used by any additional user.
You will find a list of all PDFMAILER users in “Licensing” under “Registered users”. All users with a licence in use are listed in a table showing when each user last used gotomaxx PDFMAILER.
You can remove a user from the list and release a license bys selecting a user from the list and clicking “Delete user”.
