gotomaxx PDFMAILER can forward addresses found in printed or opened documents to the Campaign1to1 letter campaign function for gotomaxx Letter and Portal Services.
A notification will be displayed in the preview if gotomaxx PDFMAILER detects an address in a document.
Clicking the notification will forward the address to gotomaxx Letter and Portal Services and will display the address in the browser.
You can then select the campaign the address should be forwarded to.
Clicking the notification will initially display a prompt to confirm, whether you wish to use this function.
Click “Not interested” if you don’t want to use the function.
This function can generally also be activated/deactivated via Manage permissions .
You will need access rights for gotomaxx Letter and Portal Services to use this function.
