Email

Activate/deactivate email sending

This control symbol activates/deactivates the sending of the document via email.

Email recipient TO

Forwards a TO email address to the email client. Forward multiple email addresses by separating them with semicolons.

This control symbol forwards the CC email address to the email client.

Email subject

This control symbol forwards the email subject to the email client.

Email text

This control symbol forwards the email body text to the email client. Each control symbol generates one line of text.

The control symbol can be used more than once. Entering the control symbol without content will generate an empty line.

Email text from text file

This control symbol forwards a file path for a text file. The text in this file is used as the email body.

Other email attachments

This control symbol forwards additional files to be attached to the email. This command can be used more than once.

Each command defines an additional attachment.

Default folder for more attachments

This control symbol specifies a default directory for more email attachments. All files in this folder can be

attached without specifying the file path using @@ma@@ if this command is implemented.

Attach all files from one directory to the email

This control symbol attaches all files in the specified directory to an email.

Please note that the maximum number of files that can be attached this way is 20.

Open/close email client

This control symbol specifies whether the email client should open before sending a document via email.

New emails are placed directly in the outbox of the email client if “open” is activated.

Select email client

This control symbol selects the email system via which the document will be sent.

The expected value is the name that appears in the list of email clients under “Email” in PDFMAILER.

Mail priority (Microsoft Outlook only)

This control symbol sets the priority of the newly generated email.

This command only works if you use Microsoft Outlook as your email system.
