Should the margins of the documented generated via gotomaxx PDFMAILER be cut, then this will mostly be due to the default margin settings of the gotomaxx PDFMAILER printer.
These are set to 5 mm or 10 mm by default.
Simply adjust the margin settings to 0 mm if that is the case.
Open the printer settings for the relevant PDFMAILER printer (Control panel -> Devices and printers).
