PDF Payment

gotomaxx PDFMAILER and PDF Payment allow you to get your PDF files with payment option out of your billing software and to the customer quickly via email. The invoice can be paid using procedures customers are familiar with from almost any online shop. Customers will not have to duplicate payment details before making payment. You can offer customers a convenient payment procedure and benefit from quick inward payments and low delivery costs. And you won’t have to worry about how you might implement MaSI integrations.

This is how it works:

 

Configure one or more of the supported payment providers.

Print your voucher via gotomaxx PDFMAILER.

Allow PDFMAILER to capture all the payment details automatically (amount, voucher number, etc.) or transfer them via a control symbol.

Send your voucher as a PDF/letter with integrated payment function to your customer by email or post.

The customer can pay directly by clicking a link without having to manually input the voucher details.

 

The following payment providers are currently supported:

You will need a paid gotomaxx PDF Payment flat rate or a gotomaxx Portal account (start with a EUR 5 initial balance) to use PDF Payment.

In case of a portal account, the creation of PDF Payment vouchers will be billed via the gotomaxx Portal Prepaid balance.
